Where do the animals come from?
We take pride in knowing the background of all of our livestock! The animals we do not raise on our farm are observed for a lengthy period to ensure a perfect diet and a healthy environment.
What do the animals eat?
All of our livestock is grass-fed and grain-finished. They have been on full feed for the last 90 days before being processed. This feed is a custom blend of nutrients designed to maximize their growth and ensure the best quality meat.
What are your hours?
Our hours are Monday-Friday 9 am - 6 pm and Saturday 8:30 am - 2 pm. Our storefront is located at 612 S Congress Blvd in Smithville.
How is the meat packaged?
Ground meat and sausage are in approximately 1-pound packages. Steaks are packaged 2/pack and are about 1.5 inches thick. Pork and lamb chops are generally 2-4/pack.

Do you offer local delivery?
We do! We offer FREE delivery within 15 miles with an order of $60+. If you are not within 15 miles, we charge $1/mile.
Do you offer shipping?
While shipping IS an option, it is often quite costly. We are happy to provide a quote, but we recommend shopping in person when possible.
Do you sell anywhere besides the C&S storefront?
We offer weekly delivery to The Realty Firm in Cookeville! You can pick up your order there anytime during their office hours.
